it is with a saddened heart, Mz Polly Adams passed this past weekend. She was a super special lady that brought a smile to the members at KHFC. She always had a 'remark' to say to the GymGuys, never let them get in the last word! At one time we hosted 'Charity for Pushups', a Wounded Warriors event, she had to compete with Rabbitt said she was nervous, Mz Polly never let Rabbitt rest!
