it is with a saddened heart, Mz Polly Adams passed this past weekend. She was a super special lady that brought a smile to the members at KHFC. She always had a 'remark' to say to the GymGuys, never let them get in the last word! At one time we hosted 'Charity for Pushups', a Wounded Warriors event, she had to compete with Rabbitt said she was nervous, Mz Polly never let Rabbitt rest! She also really enjoyed training and challenging with Angie, pushing each other to do one more! Mz Polly is the Mother of Mike Adams. Services will be in Kingsland. will share info...
