STEP AEROBICS:  Continues to be One of the Best Cardiovascular & Lower Body Strength Workouts.  Utilizing the Step Reebok Steps from 4″/6″/8″ heights.  If prefer to not use the Step, a Great workout from the Floor.  Included in KHFC Membership.
